1. Production Time
- Paper proof in 24 hours or less
- Pre-production proof varies with style of product. Call for schedule.
- Lead times 7-10 days to ship after approval of final art for most orders.

Art Charges: Any time art must be modified in any way, art services will be billed at $64(v) per hour. The first half hour of
service is free! We will proceed and bill for art charges of $64(v) or less. For charges over $64(v), we will call for approval.
Return of Art: All artwork supplied will be retained in our files for one year unless requested to be returned upon completion
3. Order Information
Acknowledgements: We will acknowledge all orders by fax, e-mail or phone.
Cancellation of Orders: If an order is cancelled after production as begun, the customer will be charged for work already
completed. If payment has been received, we will refund the difference.
Repeat Orders: ANY ARTWORK ALTERED IN ANY WAY IS NOT CONSIDERED A REPEAT ORDER!

All orders are shipped FOB MN and CA. Shipping cost is billed and added to the invoice unless a UPS or FedEx account
number is provided by the customer. Merchandise becomes property of buyer once goods leave factory and are shipped at
- A $6.25(v) charge will be added to all orders requiring consignee billing.
- A $6.25(v) Multiple Destination charge will be added to each additional address after the first. Specific instructions
must be received upon receipt of the order.
- A $25.00 charge will be added to all International shipments.
6. Return Policy
Any complaint must be registered within 30 days from shipment. Orders may not be returned to the factory without prior
authorization. Shipping cost is not refundable. Contact factory for return authorization.
An electronic paper proof will automatically be sent at no charge for approval. Production time starts after approval has been
received by factory.
Speculative Samples: Contact factory.
Terms: Terms at Net 30 days with approved credit-if time for credit check allows. New customers will be asked to supply
credit references and a deposit or full prepayment if needed.
Liability: Seller's liability is limited to credit or replacement of any portion of a shipment and shall in no cases exceed the
amount charged for goods. Shipping cost is not refundable.
Warranty: No warranties are expressed or implied by seller concerning the marketability or suitability of its products for any
specific use or purpose.
10. Safety Information
Our products are non-toxic and safe when used for their intended purposes. These products should not be given to small
children and pets.
1. Art Specifications
Camera ready, clean, crisp art to size or files that are editable for us to size properly.
Our art department can also help you to get your artwork ready for production. The cost is $64(v) per hour.
2. Electronic Artwork
Digital Artwork: Vector based Illustrator 9 or higher in AI or EPS format is preferred. Digital artwork will be provided on
compatible media, ready for film output with no additional changes necessary.
All text in artwork must be converted to curves/outlines. If additional work is needed, a charge of $64(v) per hour will apply.
Artwork Media: CD, DVD, or USB drive.
Electronic Mail: E-Mail art to support@PromotionsClick.com. File can be no larger than 15Mb. If the file is larger than 15Mb,
the artwork should be sent to us on a disk. Please include the distributor's name, purchase order number, contact name and
FTP: We also provide a ftp site to accept art files. Please call or e-mail for uploading information.
Software: Adobe Photoshop CS2 or lower: (.eps, .psd) text converted to curves/outlines, Adobe Illustrator CS2 or lower (.ai)
Text converted to curves/outlines.
Other: Bitmap art (TIFF, JPG). Minimum 600dpi, to size and color separated (if necessary).
Compression Software: WinZip
Four-Color Process: (4/C) Must be a minimum of 300dpi at 100% of the requested size. The file must be submitted in a
CMYK format and saved in .TIF, .EPS, or uncompressed .JPG format. Scans and images from digital cameras are RGB and
must be converted to CMYK before submitting.
Screen Printing Criteria
1. Change of Copy or Ink Color
Change of Copy: $45(v) per screen.
Change of Ink Color: $20(v) per color.
Any colors used in the image must be specified as either PMS or CMYK breakdown.

Dye Sublimation- Ink Color Specifications: When providing artwork in CMYK format we must be provided a color target (see
Dye-Sublimation- Calibrated Color Target), or approximate PMS callout's where possible. Dye sublimation, color duplication
differs from traditional printing process on paper stock. We cannot guarantee colors will match your specified Pantone
colors. When providing Pantone colors on your order we will try to match as close as possible to the Pantone uncoated color
guide. Whenever possible we will try to match the closest Pantone color by CMYK process. If we feel we cannot come close
to matching your specified color, we will contact you.
Calibrated Color Target: A color target is required to verify that our printing processes have accurately reproduced your
